I am carrying out some research, and am looking for information (Manama)

I have a friend who supplies Filipino labor, and he doesn't know how to gain names of companies or connections to their hiring managers.

The only proven method that Ihe has conveyed to me are.

1. Overseas Marketing.
2. Get Influential people involve (like Labor Attache, people working in Foreign Affairs)
3. Merge with big companies who have worldwide exposure.

I am researching this, and am interested in connecting to people who would maybe able to assist in getting this information please.
