Medical Requirments for Work Visa (Manama)

Help..... arriving on 7th Sept for new posting Bahrain with Bank.

Being told I need to supply them with a Medical Document prior to arriving and then to have another Medicl on arrival?

Dr's are happy to test me for a Medical but they want to know what they test for. Phoned local Embassy and got nowhere. Any Brits been through this snd what did you finally produce, ie Just a general "Fit to Work" or Blood Tests, etc?
