moving in august (Manama)

Hi there! we are moving to Bahrain in august. my husband got a job offer for Protected content house(all inclusive),car,insurence. we have 2 kids. one has to go to school for sure. are the money enough? i'll get a job as well when we get the kids climatised.
my another concern is finding a lady to keep my kids safe while i'm at work. i dont need a maid , i do that by myself :). how much that would cost?
me working like a waitres what should i ask for a decent salary?
