Women in Bahrain (Manama)

Hi All
I will be moving to Bahrain for a Protected content project in January. I'm married and my husband will be coming with me. Was just wondering if anyone has any advice for expat women in particular. How are women treated in business? Socially? etc. Just how conservatively do we need to dress? Can women wear swimsuits at the swimming pool and beach? etc.
Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
