Connecting with French families in Manchester

Hi,
I have just joined InterNations, i am French and live and work in Manchester (UK).
I am looking to socially connect and communicate with French people in Manchester. I have 2 kids between 5 and 11 and i am keen for them to meet with other children of similar age to practice their french. I am also looking for activities/events locally where French people may go. Any help will be much appreciated. Merci.
