Accountant for ex-pats and Fil taxes (Manila)

Does anyone have experience with or recommend an accountant to help an ex-pat living and working in the Philippines with local taxes? I'm technically a consultant and was told to register as a professional to avail of a lower tax rate. Would like to get advice from a CPA that I can trust. Thanks.
