ACR i-card no exit? (Manila)

Hi,

I wanted to ask if anyone in the forum has made any experience with exiting the country while the ACR i-card is being processed. I need to apply for one soon (for the first time), but am still not in Manila. I will go to Manila in December for a few days, and move permanently in early Feb.

I was planning to apply for the i-card in December, but I will not be there long enough to also pick it up afterwards (unless I change my flight, that is). Will there be an issue with leaving the country while it is being processed? Or do I need to commit to staying until processing is complete, once I have submitted the ACR i-card application?

Note, I already have the residency (13A) visa in my passport.
