Hey folks,
Quick question to those in the group.
The ACR card is apparently $50 US. They actually quote it in US$. When you go to BI @ Intramuros, do you need to pay them in American currency, or do they have a local PHP equivalent?
Just need to know if I should be going to a money changer prior to get $50 USD.
