advise regarding my transfer to makati (Manila)

Hi everybody,
I am shankar, living in paris and working as a Network Telecom Expert, for an international company.
I asked for a transfer to our office in Makati with my family (wife and 2 years son)
for at least a 2 years contract.
the company will manage all relocation fees :
flight= 130k
temporary accomodation for 1 month= 65k
relocation payment=108k for 1 month
visa for full familly=54k
physical removals=140k

and would like your advise regarding them proposal

In france i have:
Monthly net salary :250k PHP
Bonus per year: around 375k PHP
and i pay for income tax around 250K
kindergarden school around 15K/month

they purposed me:
monthly base salary! 108k
bonus per year around:160k
gas allowance/year :77k
rice allowance 11k (believe /year)
and 2 transition allowance:
1st year 700k
2nd year 350k
3rd year 0

when i just compare there is a huge difference, but maybe it's a real good proposal
i would like to live a place closed to my office based in makati
and have a 3BR (furnished or not).
we enjoy clubbing music restaurant drinking
and we don't want to loose quality of life
i heard income tax it's 32 % is that true? seems very huge

we are also looking for a nanny/maid and maybe driver with car somedays
and maybe put our son on a good private/interational school
do you think i get a real good proposal?
