Annulment and Visa Advice (Manila)

My Filipina Fiance married an American almost 6 years ago, he returned to the USA and after a few months ceased contact (there has been no contact for just over 5 years). We met a couple of years ago and now have a beautiful daughter together, unfortunately we cannot get married which is causing stress for all of us. Her ex is not contactable and we have asked a priest if he can annul the marriage but he did not know the process. So whilst living here, I have to remain on a tourist visa, renewing every 2 months which is costly.

Can someone give us some advice on what we can do and if there is any way around this complicated and frustrating situation.

Also is there any visa I can get based on us having a Filipina daughter?

I am from the UK.
