Any Latino Groups in Manila? Any Danish Groups?

Latin Group:
In HCMC there is a group of Latinos who regularly organize social events, dances, support each others children with Spanish activities etc. Is there something similar in Manila? If so, please share. We are a family coming in December from Puerto Rico but currently living in Vietnam.

Danish Group:
In Vietnam, there is a group called the Danish Plan at Saigon. They take care to provide Danish social events and Danish language classes for adults and children. Does any one know if there is a similar group? Please share.
