The Asia SEO Manager will be responsible for execution of the company’s SEO strategy, focusing specifically on the Asian market. Using localized industry expertise, the SEO Manager Asia will be responsible for implementing SEO and content strategies to maximize the acquisition potential of the Asian market,
Essential Job Functions I Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1 Create, manage and maintain an SEO strategy directed at the Asian market across desktop and mobile.
2 Define, prioritize, and manage execution of market specific SEO tactical initiatives , including keyword research and competitive analyses, keyword performance analyses, site auditing, on-site optimizations, link building and work with Engagement team on content development.
3 Work to ensure as wide a distribution as possible of localized unique content.
4 Source and manage relationships with localized SEQ vendors/consultants to optimize search performance. Own the relationship with vendors , agencies and partners (vendor selection, negotiation, contracts, etc.)
5 Ensure that the company website(s) have been technically optimized to attract and engage those visitors that closely match the agreed profile of the target audience.
6 Use analysis to focus on the most efficient keyword optimization on all sites, and through optimization of content and meta-data to improve organic search results and conversions .
7 Generate SEO reports and analyze data to identify trends and issues and make sure they are acted upon (web analytics and rankings reports).
8 Create an SEO guideline document for company wide use.
9 Work closely with the Interface Team to ensure delivery of on-site SEQ optimization
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
10 Proven ability to identify technical SEO problems, knowledge of proper tools to use for research and discovery, and technical understanding to provide recommendations and solutions
11 Strategic and creative thinker- constant focus on innovative , but measurable solutions
12 Strong communication and presentation skills - spoken, written, or visual- for internal teams

Knowledge & Experience:
13 Minimum 3 years' experience in an online SEO/SEM capacity, focused on the Asian market.
14 Experience in sourcing and managing relationships with Asian specific SEO vendors
15 Experience with content re-marketing and link building for purpose of SEO
16 Knowledge, desire and ability to perform tactical work (must execute the optimization, not merely come up with the strategies)
