Hi everyone, some of you here know Hazel Diez, a very close friend of mine, (or her partner Gerard Brown the Kiwi personal trainer / circuit training instructor) whose mother has been fighting cancer like a champion! They don't have private insurance and the hospital bills have gotten out of hand so she is hosting an event on Friday (Sept Protected content help raise funds. Despite objections from me and other friends, she has kept the tickets ridiculously low at P350 inc. 1 beer to make it possible for everyone to attend or at least contribute if they can't make it - no matter the turnout it won't cover the bills but it will most definitely help. There will be live bands as well as some of Manila's finest tattoo artists who will use their regular rates but donate a percentage of their earnings to her cause. There will be raffle prizes including free personal training sessions, free dinners at popular restaurants, free club entrance with drinks etc. and we're still looking for more sponsors so if you could sponsor a prize, attend, donate or spread the word, then please do so - every bit of help counts.
