Beach resort condo (Manila)

Hi all
Returning end of Nov for at least 3 months possibly 6 and looking for a condo to rent 15 mins walk max from a good beach. 1 bed will do needs to be modern with all usual facilities incl cooker and washing machine. Not fussed about area as long as it's safe and the beach is good. Not looking for the nightlife far too old for that. Many txs for any help.
