Brussel Sprouts and Parsnips. (Manila)

I've had a friend asking me where to get these. As you can probably gather he's trying to cook a 'proper' christmas lunch.

I suggested Rustans, and Salcedo Saturday market, but I haven't actually seen them there. Are there any confirmed sightings? My guess is they'll be coming next week, so they don't spoil before christmas day.

I've also looked on the consistently excellent marketmanila.com and done the regular googling but nothing leaps out.
