Car service (Manila)

Hey guys,

After a couple of really scary taxi experiences at the airport, my friend is looking for a trusted car service to pick her up from the Manila airport. We do have a trusted taxi driver who can drop us off, but he's not allowed to pick up. I've been looking on the web, but can't find any such service. Is there a reason this doesn't seem to exist in Manila?

I was hoping you guys might be able to point me in the right direction.
