Condo Purchase (Manila)

Anyone have experience and advise (Casual or professional) with regard to purchasing a commercial condo.

We are looking for a new office, and there are some viable options for sale... All the legal details check out, but not so sure about the building regulations etc.

The building is the Summit 1 building in Shaw Bvld... its a pretty old building.. i guess built in the 90's. So, i heard unofficially that the building does not comply with the new building code with regard to earthquake standards.

Any advise welcome!
