Considering Urdaneta Village (Manila)

Hi all, we are moving to Manila in January and are considering Urdaneta Village as our new home. If any of you can tell us anything about families living there with older kids I would appreciate it. Our kids are girl age 11, boy age16 and it would be nice to live in a Village where they could make some friends in the neighborhood . Thank and hope somebody can help, Beate
