Cooling Off Period of Malaysian immigration (Manila)

I am Jean from Philippines and I am new here. I just came back from Kuching Malaysia working there for 1 and a half year. I resigned because I got an offer to other country. My passport was stamped check out Dec. 10, Protected content .

Unfortunately, I got scammed. I asked my employer if I can still go back even though everything was processed already. They agreed to accept me but need to wait for 3 month cooling off period.

My questions are;

1. Can I travel to Malaysia during the cooling off period?
2. Can we start processing the visa even during the cioling off period?
