Cost of living in Manila

good morning everyone...

after looking for housing..... ( almost done ), I'll definitly move to Manilla in April. Time for us to set up a budget. May I ask for your advices or experiences on that matter.
* budget for the food ( mid range and high range) per week
* budget for , cable TV and broadband ( HD & highspeed internet with WIFI )
* budget for a maid Protected content a week )
* budget for restaurant ( per heads , mid range & high range )
* budget for a round of beers in the fort :)
* budget for sport club membership.
