Dear IN Members,

DinnerNations Manila invites you to an intimate dinner prepared and hosted by Chef Jeremy Slagle at his private residence in Dasmarinas Village, Makati. Here, guests will discover inspired offerings from the chef as he blends many of the traditional ingredients with the country’s freshest local produce.

Buffet Menu: P800/person

Guinness-braised Philippine wagyu corned beef, cabbage, potatoes
Roasted beets with raisins, local goat cheese and walnuts
Cauliflower gratin
Traditional Caesar salad
Spiced rum ginger cake, Sagada orange whipped cream

*Food will be served buffet style. Iced water will be served. Guests are welcome to bring drinks to share with the group.
