Employee Contracts for all, or none, or some? (Manila)
I am working as an ESL Consultant....currently helping Japanese investors start a ESL school here in Cebu. The question came up if ALL employees (not just Teachers or Managers) need contracts of employment...my wife works at a big Cebu company and she says they offer a "probationary" contract, then after 6 months they become "regular" with no contract.... please point me in the correct place so I can read details about requirements... what my wife told me makes no common sense to me...but hey I have come to expect that here in Philippines... he he he
