A acquitance of mine, from Belgium, bought this weekend steak in a supermarket; coming home he opened the package and the meat had a strong odour and was almost black on the side (not shown in the package). I've bought some meat as well which smelled bad, and the other day told in the supermarket it was bad; how ever got not much of a reaction. So, if the left over meat is not being sold, do they sell it the other day? Do they even refreeze meat which was been frozen? Since the last time I just smell at the meat if it is correct.
