French in Tivoli (Manila)

Hi all,

I have a friend male, 43 years old, single, who is originally from France but he has been living in New Caledonia for over 20 years.

He doesn't speak English only french. He is new here and looking for french speakers/new friends around Tivoli Gardens and Makati areas.
