Garden Centre in Makati area? (Manila)

G'day everyone!

I would like to ask if anyone knows of a Garden Centre that is located in Makati area? Or a place that sells good, quality soil for planting?

I wish to plant some tomatoes in my balcony. I bought a couple of bags of soil from Salcedo Market but it wasn't very good quality (i.e. mixed with leaves, wood chips, etc). My Google search pointed me to garden/plant centres located in Quezon City, Tagaytay, etc..
