German Club Membership (Manila)

Hi everyone!
I've just moved to Manila with my husband. I'm born and raised in Germany, parents are German, but I am now holding a Swiss passport. I'd like to become a member of the German Club Manila and have read the membership application rules where it says that my application should be signed by two regular German members. As I have just moved here, I don't know any Germans in Manila yet - that's why I wanted to join the German Club..........I know it's probably a silly question, but does anybody know what would be the best approach?
