German/French/ Spanish Email Support (Manila)

Job Description:

The Campaign is a platform where users can ask any question and get answers from real people with first-hand experience. You will use your skill as a content-editor to maintain high content quality standards by making sure that user-generated content is clear, succinct, and engaging for millions of users daily.

Responsibilities:

* Provide email support to new and experienced users. Previous experience handling tickets through Zendesk is a plus
* Respond to user-generated tickets in a timely manner. You’ll be handling tickets from users who may be experiencing issues with their account or want to know more about our product
* Relaying major advertiser or user service issues to the Product Operations team.
* Must adhere to service level agreements established by Quora

Things we look for include:

* Familiarity with iOS and Android devices
* Experience with Zendesk or similar help desk software
* Prior experience supporting an online community
* Prior editing experience and ability to clearly and simply communicate solutions
* Ability to empathize with users and create a positive user experience
* BS or BA degree in English, communications, marketing, or similar discipline showing a skill in content editing or moderation

***fluent in both English and assigned language (German/ Spanish/ French)
Benefits:
Salary: 70K package (German / French)
