Health Insurance (Manila)

Hi, I am sure this question has been asked before and answered, but here goes...

I am a Canadian and retired here about a year ago.

I need to know the following;

1) What if any coverage do I have as a visitor/retiree
2) What if any coverage do I have from my Canadian (Ontario) OHIP plan
3) Assuming that the above does not provide much coverage, what kind of additional coverage can I buy and from whom ?

I don't need some sort of first-class private room etc coverage, I just need decent coverage in case I break an arm or get in a car crash or something. I don't have any (known) pre-existing health issues.
