Health Insurance / Medicine Discounts (Manila)

Having lived in Cebu for 14 years I do not have any Health insurance from USA (including Medicare, etc) I am collecting SS from the US. I am 62.
Recently diagnosed with Diabetes I taking expensive medicine, I am using generic which cut the cost some...but I wanted to know about local health plans or medicine programs available for foreigners while living in the Philippines...what are my options? By the way, how do avail "senior discount" I hear so much about (but never seen it offered at any store or service) Any suggestions?
