Help in deciding between 3 stay options in Fort (Manila)

Hello,

I am looking at a place to rent in the Fort area and have shortlisted the following options:

(i) One Serendra East Tower
(ii) Kensington Place
(iii) Sapphire Residences

I like Serendra because it's green and close to the high street. But I've heard it can be noisy and amenities are very busy because of several people using them.

I have not much idea about the other two buildings ie Kensington Place and Sapphire Residences.

My preferences are a well maintained building, safe and a good neighborhood close to grocery shopping. I will work in the Ortigas area.

I will appreciate if you can share any pros and cons that can help me decide between the three locations I have mentioned above.
