I have been in the Philippines for 3 years now (Manila)

Hello to everyone
I am required to exit the Philippines with my tourist Visa come February
I am married to a Filipino who will come with me when I leave
My question is this, can I just visit a neighbouring Country like Thailand for a few days and then return
Also I hear about some exit stamp needed, what is this and where do I get it
Also since I am married to a National do my visa requirements change
I do notwork here, I am retired
