Internet speed in Ortigas (Manila)

Hi everyone, just moved to Manila and currently looking for a good internet provider. What do you think of Sky Broadband?
Is it worthy to get a 5mbps instead of 3mbps, will there be actually any difference or will I get a slow internet either way?
