Invest in Makati condo, good time or bad? (Manila)

Many people told me it's a good time to invest in condo here, as Manila is growing and Philippine just elected a new president, who seems to be capable and promising. I am here for about 8 months so I can't really judge.... appreciate any feedback from you! thank you. Peggy
