Living in Iloilo (Manila)

Hi Everyone,
New to this site but really like the information I'm reading ... Will be moving to a small town near Roxas / Iloilo within the next year or so. Closest city for the site is Manila, so the first question is: Is there anyone else in the same situation near Iloilo or Roxas?
We are looking to have a home built, can anyone recommend a builder ? Nothing fancy but definitely solid. Any real idea of the cost ?
