Looking for a romantic getaway location (Manila)

I am looking for a romantic beach getaway location within Protected content drive from Manila. My GF works until around 9PM and can not take off work without 3 weeks notice so need to go somewhere I can drive (will rent a car) to late on a Friday night and then back late on Sunday.

Cost is not a serious concern (though I don;t think I want to spend P50,000 / night ;) and a place with hammocks on the beach would be a big plus...

Diving in the area would also be good.
