Looking for advice on design schools in the US (Manila)

Hello all. I am looking for US schools that offer short courses on interior design such as the ones I've listed below.

A short course could be anywhere from 4 to 12 sessions, with a study period of Protected content . If cost were no object, I'd pick NYC. I've been told I could get just as good quality education/experience in cities that would cost much less. Not looking for a certificate course or a degree. These classes would likely be classified as continuing education.

I'd be very happy to hear from anyone who has good familiarity on the matter. But be warned, I will have a lot of questions!
