Looking for apartment/townhouse to rent (Manila)

I'm looking for an apartment/townhouse to rent.

I need a 2-bedroom with a separate maid's room so I guess that's a total of 3-bedrooms. 2 toilet and baths (one for the maid and I can just share one with my daughter). Must have garage. Must allow pets. My daughter has 3 dogs and, according to her, the world will end without her pets. A little outdoor space would be nice because I don't want the dogs inside the house.

Ideal location should be in the Buendia area. San Antonio Village is fine. The areas of Palanan is ok as well except I'm worried about the flooding there. San Miguel Village and Ecoville is also good - Buendia side. I don't want anything near the main street because I'll go deaf from the traffic noise.

Another location (and this is more ideal) is the Manila area preferably near De La Salle but not where it floods. Not right on Taft either. Somewhere near Roxas Blvd is ok but not in Malate. Maybe the ones going to the Mall of Asia.
