Looking for good football league in Makati area (Manila)

I am moving to Makati in January. I have a football enthusiast, excellent defender, who needs to keep fit and well trained. Can someone point me in the right direction? I am looking for a well established football academy for boys. He is 11 years old. I am interested in a group that trains seriously. Please contact us if you know of any particular academy.
