Looking for housing near Greenbelt or PBCOM tower (Manila)

I have posted this before a while ago but now that I am here I am going to post it again in hopes of getting some new responses.

I am looking for a 1 bedroom apartment for a 1 year lease. My budget is under P 50,000 / year with association dues included in the rent. I do not need or want parking at this time.

I am looking to move in on or after Sept 1st.

I am mostly interested in newer buildings like One Central and I want to be within a 15 minute walk of PBCOM tower.
