Looking some intersted people. (Manila)

Hello friends i m a bangladeshi its my second post here i think,
I m involved in garments export business most of my items are going to philippines and as far i know the price is so high there and its cheap here in bangladesh. So i m very much intersted to set up my own business platform there and i have many friends there, may be i will be staying in makati or cebu coz. Some of my good friends are staying there. But m little bit scared about the life style of this places Nd also about philippines so i m comfused so much what should i do? And also financially m not that much capable but i have some at least to start the bizness and i can take Protected content or some other items a months. But also i m so scared coz philipines is a place filled with bad people. Being a honest guy i m so cofused coz i dont like geeting trouble. Can i ask some sugestion and also if some people intersted about the bizness can add me in facebook and skype,
