Mandarin /cantonese treasury job-urgent (Manila)

We are looking for :

• Responsible for providing prompt and value-added inquiry services and solutions for company's clients
• Handle day-to-day client inquiries and requests relating to their accounts and transactions. Inquiries can come in via phone calls or emails.
• Take ownership of pending cases by following-up closely and providing proactive updates to clients
• Ensure risk/compliance guidelines are followed at all times while meeting client needs
• Identify and escalate issues in a timely manner. Also serve as an escalation resource for internal and external parties.
• Perform maintenance requests eg. signature updates, callback list updates, SA updates, etc
• Coordinate/Follow-up with internal partners
• Gather and compile information eg. interest setup/rates, account list, pulling of account statements, payment cutoff time, etc
• Track all client interactions in Service Portal in an accurate and timely manner
• Supervise team and delegate work evenly
• Preferably have previous experience in a cash management role, with understanding of various aspects in clearing such as SWIFT, RTGS and GIRO
• Excellent written and spoken command of English and Cantonese or Mandarin
• Competency to provide quality services in a high inquiry volume environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Accuracy and ability to follow through and to adhere to deadlines
