Manila salary package...what's good enough

Hi friends,

I am contemplating moving to Manila. Currently we live in Kuala Lumpur...I have two small kids...one of them goes to an International school in KL. We live in an upmarket locality of MOnt Kiara and have a pretty good quality of life...

Wondering the cost of living in Manila ?
1. Cost of renting a 2/3 bedroom condo ....my office will be in Mandalayong....
2. Monthly installments for a car like Toyota Corolla
3. Monthly grocery bill ?
4. Fees in an International school...

Also what is a good annual package to have a decent life in Manila ...is 4 million peso + variable good enough ?
