Medical/Dental Insurance for Filipinos? (Manila)

Hi,
I am looking at medical/dental insurance options for my wife. Besides PhilHealth plan, can anyone recommend a good medical plan that is reasonably priced, but still retains decent coverage? The only one I know about is Maxicare, but I would appreciate advice of other options. Thank you.
