Moving to Angeles City (Manila)

I know this has been ask Protected content but I need info on what can of paperwork i need to live there? I will be retiering there in 3 years. I do have a wife that is Filipina and we would to go back and live. I will be getting around Protected content month I have been there 2 to 3 times a year so I know my way around plus that is where most of her family lives
