Moving to Cebu (Manila)

Hi All, Hope you are able to assist, I will be moving to Cebu city/ surrounding area for work mid January. I currently live in Larnaca, Cyprus and am settled in a nice expat suburb where we have all seemed to congregate. I am trying to find a place similar in or around Cebu that's an expat area. If anyone knows if this is the case could you please let me know
