MOVING TO Manila

Hi all,
My wife (philipino) and i (irish) are considering moving to Manila with our 2 kids 7 & 3,we are investing in a bar/restaurant near megamall.
We have estimated our sales at 200,000 per month give or take.
I have been to Manila many times but just for 5/6 weeks at a time,never for a long period.
Just a few questions re costs of Houses for rent Schooling, & general costs
I presume its realistic to live on this amount but any advice would be appreciated.
