Moving to Manila from Sydney

I am evaluating an offer from my compay to move to Manila for 2 years. I am finding it very hard to get proper information about houses / apartments (typical size, number of rooms, locality, rentals etc) suitable for a family of Protected content + 2 kids). Can I request information about what are the typical expats localities and choice of accomodation? My office is located in Paseo de Roxas in Makati City.
