Moving to Manila or Alabang?

Hello, we consider move to Philipines, work in BGC. We are family with @ small kids. but we think the air pollution for small kids is too much in BGC next to ISM is huge higway with lot of fumes daily, would it be better to live in village of Alabang? is there any good international school for kids? Or Brent international school is in reasonable driving distance? Thank for advise from anyone in similar situation>] have a nice day, Vendy
