Moving to Manilla (Manila)

Hi Everyone,

My husband and I are looking at relocating to Manila with our 3 children aged 5,4 and 1 in the next few months. We are an Australian family currently living in Singapore. I would really appreciate any advice anyone can give us on locations to find a house to rent, schools, general expenses including electricity, shopping, telephone etc. I also need to know how to go about getting a driver, a car and a helper. I am starting from scratch so any advice would be fantastic. My husband and I are coming to Manila this weekend and would like to do our research while we are there.
