Multiple entry visa stamp (Manila)

Question just got my new multiple entry visa one year valid.
Before the Consulate always put a sticker in my passport, but now i've been issued with a stamp in my passport same info as on the sticker.
But this one looks old fashioned, never saw this one before.
Is there anybody who has got the same experience?
